On the 20/06/2025 I dropped a customer off at Birmingham Airport premier car park at 1515 I exited the airport at 1526 Im a taxi driver and when I get home, I pay for the fee for the car park online when I got home and tried to pay for the car park fee. The website wouldnt let me so I called the number on the website and the person was trying to charge me 28 pounds stating you only have an hour to pay for the car park when you leave went on your website it states 24 hours to pay could you please advise me ASAP please thank you

Unfair parking charges
I thinks it is more about the £ 60 parking charges that i did have to pay for parking only 1 hour and 13 minutes as i believe that's totally unfair and its like penalising people for parking at Birmingham Airport

Missing baggage
One my baggage is missed on 28 of February. It's a medium size bag with purple color.
When I call emrites airlines they told me that the bag is in Dubai. You can get a call from Birmingham Airport when the bag arrived.

Missing baggage
One of my baggage is missing on 28 of February. It's a a bag with purple color more than 20kg.
I call emrites airlines and they said the bag is in Dubai. So they told me that you can get a call from Birmingham Airport when the bag reach there.
